The brief

Halcyon simulcasts every show to YouTube and its app. A static logo held viewers for under a minute, and a video editor per show was out of budget.

What changed

Each studio mic feeds Deep Current through the existing broadcast chain. Voices move the surface, music beds swell it, and silence settles it, so the picture tells you what is happening on air.

Brand safe by default

Palettes are locked to the station’s colours, and reduced-motion mode kicks in for news bulletins. The stream has run unattended since launch.
